In issue #75 I included a zip file that contained an HTM update for RCHGetElementNumber's web page. That update was applied to RCHGetElementNumber-Element-Definitions.htm instead of RCHGetElementNumber-Function.htm. Both files are here. (Not sure but I believe RCHGetElementNumber-Element-Definitions.htm page contained an outdated(?) list of all SMF element definitions.)

Any way the updated HTM should be put in RCHGetElementNumber-Function.htm. If you want I can go thru the commit process.
