Ability to Add New Organisms to Non-human Model Organism Pulldowns #2251

Allow users to add in new organisms from the NIH taxonomy browser: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Taxonomy/Browser/wwwtax.cgi , or via OLS.

Or maybe download this file, and then provide a typeahead functionality instead of a pulldown?
