Ability to Change MOI #2256

It might also be advantageous to consider a request for a user to be able to change a MOI, especially given the changes we are considering for the new SOPv8, we may have better capabilities in the near future for this change over.

@courtneythaxton Let's discuss this as soon as possible.

One issue with changing MOI is that the UI logic is different for some MOIs so it would have to be decided if/how these data should be migrated when the MOI is changed.
