Update Evidence Summary link in Classification Matrix #2274

At the bottom of the classification matrix we currently provide a link from "View Example Evidence Summary Text", that currently links to: https://clinicalgenome.org/site/assets/files/3439/gene_curation_evidence_summary_12_11_18.pdf

but needs to be updated to link to: https://clinicalgenome.org/docs/standardized-evidence-summary-text/
