When a curator wants to make minor updates to an already published GDM. When the curator gets to the Publish panel, if there is a published version already then there should be a checkbox option that can be selected, and if selected then there should be pulldown options of what type of minor update it is, e.g. fixing typo, etc.
New fields for "minor-update" (true/false) and "update-type" (e.g. typo) will need to be created, and then this information sent to data exchange when it's published.
