Classification snapshots summary table within GDMs #2285

Raised on GCWG call on 3/18/21

Provide a summary table within each GDM of the snapshot events, such as Provisional, Approval, Publishing events. This will provide a quick visual indicator of major changes to the record over time, e.g. changes to classification, disease, status.
