Additional features for VP

Based on feedback from tool topics discussion on 7/1/2021 and testing we need the following changes:

1. For launch:
   • Add MANE transcript language
   • Add Population Total data
   • Add .csv download feature
   • Remove CAID/HGVS search options
   • Add a default of showing the ClinGen preferred title
   • Address save/load bug fixes
     2. Nice to have features for launch:
        • add a column for the ClinVar IDs
        • Remove sig figs from REVEL scores
     3. Features for future:
        • MANE transcripts v2 (support filtering on all MANE transcripts)
        • Add LOVD data filter

Decided at 7/1 meeting:

• Monthly data updates are OK for launch, weekly or real-time is ideal.
