Made following changes:

Change back VCI snapshot link uses double-chain icon instead of button
Change hover over text on GCI dashboard page classifications section info icon
Fix disease link in add/change disease modal
Sort affiliations list in change affiliation modal
Sort classification contributors and approvers list in GCI approval process
Remove unnecessary comment
