VP: CSV output should include all selected data columns #181

Currently the .csv output from the VP is just a default set of data, we would like users to be able to download in the .csv output any evidence they selected as a column in the VP.

Note: the "VCI" column export looks to be the JSON structure (or some other non-user friendly output). Rework this output to allow users to identify what VCEP affiliation did any existing VCI curations.
