There was another report today of a similar issue https://erepo.genome.network/evrepo/ui/classification/CA165678/MONDO:0016419/020.
This ^^ variant was resolved by Baylor and is now fixed.
Reporter (Megan F) was contacted on 5/19/22 with the request to unpublish/reprovision/approve/publish the curation.
Ideally we would have messaging between the ERepo/VCI to identify future issues with publishing.
The TP53 VCEP published this variant to the ERepo last fall: https://curation.clinicalgenome.org/variant-central/d1f298c8-027e-4d93-9678-6e8bd7879f19/interpretation/14f7870e-291f-4048-9e44-f21278f51581
The VCI user experience was that it seemed to be successfully published
However the ERepo does not have a record for this variant. Can we look at the logs and see what happened? We should have had one of two things happen a) the ERepo did not receive our request/rejected it and the VCI should have then notified the user OR b) the ERepo accepted the publishing from the VCI (in which case they need to fix something on their end).
Kevin is the point person on the ERepo side for this issue.
