Update documentation - links and advertising

This relates to the publishing #170 and #169, we need to update the following to reflect the new documentation:

• [x] The links in the VCI/GCI help dropdown for both test/production (developer item)

• [x] Website links @rachel-shapira can make this change Updated link on https://clinicalgenome.org/docs/variant-curation-interface-help-document/ Once approved, will update on https://clinicalgenome.org/docs/gene-curation-interface-help-documents/
• [x] Note on current Github wiki that it is deprecated and link to the new URL. @cgpreston can make this change
• [ ] In the VP, the "learn more about this tool" link needs to be updated to https://clingen.gitbook.io/vci-gci-docs/vci-help/variant-prioritization (developer)

Publicity Plan: (for August 2022)

• [x] Email the user base (wait until the variant titles are fixed)
• [x] Add it to the next ClinGen Quarterly (@cgpreston to ping Danielle)
• [x] Mention on relevant Slack channels

Further development

• [ ] Include in dropdown the "about us" page to pulldown - to be made
• [ ] Update the green box to link to the new documentation
