VCI homepage and curation pages are not working #239

The VCI pages for single variants and the homepage list of curations are not opening. This is happening for multiple but not all users at the Broad. @msingerb Thanks for reporting. We are investigating now.

@msingerb This was an issue with AWS that affected API Gateway endpoints and AWS services in the US-WEST-2 Region. AWS immediately worked to resolve this issue and it looks like everything is back online again now. If you are still having issues then please let us know. Thank you again for reaching out to us.
