Specify input of functional assay parameters for SVI review and for display in VCI, including ability to indicate which assays have received SVI approval

Specify input of functional assay results for display in VCI

Meet with relevant stakeholders to determine data entry methods (e.g. spreadsheet upload and/or direct entry)
