Add Links to Preview Evidence Summary #266

In the Preview Evidence Summary in the GCI, add links next to each label field which curators can use to link to the edit page for that evidence.

Based on feedback, the "Preview Evidence Summary" tab should not be closed when a curator decides to use the new link to edit evidence. This will enable editing multiple entries without having to regenerate the Preview Evidence Summary page. Clear(er) messaging of the static nature of this page will be needed to avoid confusion.
