Change name of Population in VCI #321

Following on from NASEM report, we should change the label of "Population" within the VCI.

For example (potential changes): "Population" could be changed to "Group" "Sub-population" to "Sub-group"

But new terms need to be changed to terms agreed by DEI/JEDI team.
