Improve link to LOVD

The following code can be improved upon:

• The API search could be done on the HGNC ID rather than the gene symbol to accommodate for changed gene symbols;
• If the API returns results, the follow up link could lead to the variant page(s) directly, or if a listing is preferred, could search for the variant IDs directly to decrease the load on the LOVD server;
• Additionally, a global LOVD search could be performed to search all connected LOVD instances rather than only the shared and "whole genome" instance;
• Optionally, more information about the variant could be retrieved from the LOVD APIs.
