Currently the "Acknowledge Other Contributors" button and it's respective contextual help has a long horizontal styling in the Approve Classification box in the GCI.
Button and it's contextual help should be restyled so it does not span the whole box horizontally. Also add a toggle functionality so the user can toggle between expanding the acknowledgement form or collapsing it for a simple view.
