Add alerts when same proband is mentioned in different PMIDs #374

In Edit Individual Information, Individual — Additional Information section:

  1. Indicate if other PMIDs report on the same patient in Curation Central (flag or warn of some kind - needs further specification).
  2. Only add warn within that particular GDM - do not check across multiple GDMs/affiliations.
  3. Users would like the overlapping PMIDs to appear somewhere after being entered under the individual (ie, explanation for scoring/not scoring; show on website? Needs further specification).
  4. Change the wording of the last question ("Enter PMID(s) that report evidence about this Individual") to instead explicitly ask: “Has this individual been reported/published before? If so, please provide publication ID(s)”.
