1) Can the first two columns ("Submitted by" and "Sum") remain in place and static when a curator scrolls the table horizontally? (replaces https://github.com/ClinGen/clincoded/issues/1918) 2) Add additional scroll bar at the top of the table. (replaces https://github.com/ClinGen/clincoded/issues/1928) 3) Show which criteria have been evaluated as met in the table. (replaces https://github.com/ClinGen/clincoded/issues/1929) 4) Provide option to allow users to deselect evidence columns in the tally table. (replaces https://github.com/ClinGen/clincoded/issues/2221) 5) Could provide option to only show evidence selected (replaces https://github.com/ClinGen/clincoded/issues/1952)
