Each GCEP affiliation will have their own unique key that will provide them access to their own GCEP’s data within the GCI. They can choose time frames and which data to export (currently in JSON format only). This API output is intended for GCEPs to get full access to all their own data within the GCI for their own external analysis of their own data. It is a way for GCEPs to have full access to their own data.

First use case for specification was working with May Flowers at UNC.
