feat: add and rename variables

Description

• Add in coordinator email field.
• Add test to validate coordinator email.
• Rename family variable to clincial_domian_working_group.
• Make Affiliation ID read only after creation.
• Make Members read only.
• Rename name to full_name and add abbreviated_name.
