Some interesting changes that affects other profiles as well. I changed some output names for QC-channels to make it comply with register_sample.py instead of .pl
tagged retries for MELT, for some reason it can fail and then work in a subsequent run.
Otherwise just moved PARP into the old PARP_inhib output folders so it can continue using the same middleman systems.
