[User Story] Tools version tracking in delivery report

Need

As a Balsamic user I want the delivery reports to clearly indicate the tools used during the analysis, so that I can have full transparency into the methodology and its components.

Suggested approach

• Extract the tool versions from the containers, include them in the config.json, and list them in the delivery report.

The current status is that we are including the version of the "core" tools with the exception of the Sentieon based tools (dnascope, tnscope, tnscope_umi, ...)
