Take CMMS annotation over OMIM annotation

For the clinical_master_list, take the CMMS manual annotation of inheritance models before the OMIM annotation.

We will instead add a column Genetic_disease_model that holds the manual annotation. The Phenotypic_disease_model will now only be populated by OMIM.
