What needs to be done: Proper production document for covid analysis in atlas.

Suggestions on how to get it done:

[x] Draft one
[x] Ask Henrik on how to get it onto atlas
[x] Make it pretty

What are the arguments for getting it done: Can't hand mutant off to production otherwise

Task is considered finished when: There's a step by step document that Henning can use, with minimal explainations; that won't get SWEDAC on our butts.
