NCV_13 and CovX vs CovY pages not working #103

Hi! We have a kind of urgent problem with the NIPT program.

  1. The NCV_13 page is not working. We cannot see the samples in the batches, only the "background data". It is as if the values from the batches are not loaded into the plot. See attached picture!

  2. The CovX vs CovY page is not working at all. When we click it, it says "Internal Server Error".

Hi!

The CovX vs CovY is now fixed.

Regarding the missing case points in the ncv 13 plot I have absolutely no explanation to why they didnt show up. Now they are there again. It is hard to debug when the issue is gone, but ill try and look into it anyway. Pleas let me know if the problem occurs again.

Ah, I found the problem! I accidently introduced a filter to the NCV 13 plot - to not show samples that are not checked with "include". Ill fix it today.

Just to let you know, I made a major upgrade to the code yesterday - nothing that should be visible to you users though. But please look out for new bugs and report to me! Ill fix as fast as possible.
