Save the Database #123

We need to save the database at some place so that Agne in the future can have access to the data if needed.

Database is saved in backups folder on Hasta. We could send a copy of it to Agne.

@alieden Do you want us to send you a copy of this? Or you will contact us when you feel the need of looking at the old data?

We are still adding follow-up data for the samples in the VeriSeq workflow. I would prefer if we complete this work before asking for the database file and shutting down the old NIPT viewer. Hopefully this will be completed in February of 2022 when all babies have been born and the birth registries hav been updated etc.

I think we can go on and terminate this version now. However, before you close it down I need a file with all the information from the database. All info should be sorted into rows and columns (and in one single file) so that I can work with it in excel. When do you think this could be sorted? I'm working on some follow-up analysis that would be very much simplified if I could get that file.

Okej. The database is not just one huge table but several so ill ned to create the table for you. I can try to have it done for you during next week.
