Batches that can be removed from database (minor issue) #47

There are two test batches without names (AH8P5EADXX and AH143RBGXX) that I would like you to remove from the database.

BHJLTNADXX can also be removed (failed batch), AHJJH3ADXX is a successful rerun from the same library prep samples after a new quantification and dilution.

So you want me to keep the AHJJH3ADXX run in the database?

The other three are deleted

Yes you can save that one.

I see that there are other batches that are missing names, I will go through and check what names they should have or if they should be deleted

Now I have looked into this! :) This is what I found.

Batch to remove:

No Batch Name (flowcell: BHNV3KADXX)

Batches to rename:

20151009_1 (flowcell: AHY3LVADXX) --> rename to 20151009_440683
20151009_1 (flowcell: BHWYLKADXX) --> rename to 20151009_186102
Agne_HNM5NADXX --> rename to 20150825_528074
