Missmatch for T18 data? #56

I've now been through the database to try and make the nr of samples presented in the plots also match the nr of included samples. Everything now seems to match except the data presented for T18. If you summarize all groups (negative, false positive etc) you get 2003 samples (the other plots have 2002). If you add the 14 samples (current batch) you get 2016 which is the same as the nr of samples that are checked to be included. I can't think of a way for this to occur but maybe I'm just too tired? Any ideas? By the way, shouldn't the samples of the current batch already be included in the ones presented in the plots if already checked to be included?

So I've now been over this again and the data in all plots now have the same sum of 2014. The nr of included samples from the sample list page is 2016 but when I export out the database I can see that the last sample (2016-22035-06) in the most recent batch is actually blank in the "include" column (all other are false or true) so perhaps a clue?

I now saw that more data is missing in that last row so perhaps the entries are just lost when you import into xls due to something with the format? When you search for the 2016-22035 sample it is shown as included.
