Need to send in-house negative control ID to Arnold from LIMS (Rasmus, Karl S). Needs further refinement.
Add negative control ID to StatusDB FamilySample table
If we have reads in the in-house negative control we should not start MUTANT. Cg will raise error when starting case. change status to "FAILED"?
