Completely replace genotype with genotype-api

Description

The Genotype repository has been partly replaced by Genotype-api. All front-end interactions are done via the new repo. But the upload done on the server is still done via the CLI.

Suggested solution

• [ ] Replace the CLI calls in cg/apps/gt.py with API calls

This can be closed when

The old genotype repo is no longer used anywhere
