Bug: Raredisease workflow not storing Clinical STRs variants file #3471

Describe the bug

This file is currently being uploaded to Scout for MIP. However, it doesn't seem to be stored for the Raredisease pipeline.

Should be this file: PATHTOCASE/repeat_expansions/SAMPLEID_repeat_expansion.vcf Added to hermes with tags: [BioinfoToolsTags.EXPANSIONHUNTER, VariantTags.VCF_STR],
