As a production user,
I want to have validation when using cg add relationship so that it checks if any parent is added with the incorrect sex,
So that production users are unable to make non-sensical relationships which would delay deliveries of cases.
Acceptance Criteria
[ ] When adding a relationship with cg add relationship the validation should fail if the user adds a female father, or a male mother to a sample.
[ ] When adding a relationship with cg add relationship the validation should fail if the user adds an unknown sex father or an unknown sex mother to a sample.
