Curation of application tag information

We need to curate some information about application tags/versions

• [ ] curate category of application tags to make it easier to display for users
• [ ] update "sequencing depth" to match which coverage is expected (we will handle target reads separately)
• [ ] update description of application tag versions to be more concise

We will put this on hold a little until the next update is complete The "description" field will likely be moved to "details" and we will add a one sentence description for each tag in it's place.

We will fill-in 300 reads per 30X for the whole genome tags in the "target_reads" field.

For the 30x it is 300 M read-pairs or 600 M reads.
