Thanks for the screen shot!

I think I see where the issue is but want to make sure I'm right.

When I write the family name I get a list of existing families and I just click on the already existing family which basically fills in all the information and I don't have to fill in an Application (see screen shot). I suspect that you don't get this option of existing families, is that correct?

I do get that option - but in order to be able to submit the order I haveto (manditory) add an application tag and I am unable to choose application tag (locked).

Alright, so when you select the family the samples are not added automatically? When I do it I it looks something like this:

screen shot 2017-11-28 at 3 45 26 pm

There is a small tag added next to the family name saying its existing and the apptag is filled in automatically.

Do you have to fill in the samples yourself as well?

KickiLagerstedt commented 6 years ago

I do not get the app tag

I haveto add the samples manually

That's strange. I'll have someone here look into why this happens at your end but not at our end.

Hi Kicki,

this might have been solved together with #31 . Could you try again and let me know if the problem persists?
