This PR adds/fixes ...

How to prepare for test:

[x] ssh to thalamus
[x ] install on stage: bash servers/resources/clinical-preproc.scilifelab.se/update-demux-stage.sh [THIS-BRANCH-NAME]

How to test:

[x ] run 'demux-stage sheet --help'

Expected test outcome:

[x] check that ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'path' is not shown
[x] Take a screenshot and attach or copy/paste the output.
