This PR adds/fixes broken requirements

How to prepare for test:

[x] ssh to thalamus
[x] install on stage: bash servers/resources/clinical-preproc.scilifelab.se/update-demux-stage.sh [THIS-BRANCH-NAME]

How to test:

[x] install on stage (see above)

Expected test outcome:

[x] check that requirements warning do not appear
[x] Take a screenshot and attach or copy/paste the output.
