fix fluffy basemask issue

This PR adds replacing the project number in the column SampleName with the actual customer sample name from LIMS. Also we skip adding the dummy samples to Fluffy sample sheets.

How to prepare for test:

• [x] ssh to hasta
• [x] install on stage: bash servers/resources/hasta.scilifelab.se/update-demux-stage.sh fix-fluffy-lims-samplenames-in-sheet

How to test: TC1 wgs sample sheet:

• [x ] run demux sheet fetch -a nova -p -L HVKJCDRXX. TC2: fluffy sample sheet:
• [x] run demux sheet fetch -a nova -p -L HWJKMDRXX.

Expected test outcome: TC1 wgs sample sheet:

• [x] check that there's no project number in the column SampleName
• [x] check that the LIMS sample name is in the column SampleName. For sample ACC7327A10 this should be AL-P-00389875-N-03128777-KH20201202-PN20201202
• [x] check that the dummy indexes are still added
• [x] Take a screenshot and attach or copy/paste the output. TC2 fluffy sample sheet:
• [x] check that there's no project number in the column SampleName
• [x] check that the LIMS sample name is in the column SampleName. For sample ACC7686A1 this should be 2020-27833-02
• [x] check that the dummy indexes are still added
• [x] Take a screenshot and attach or copy/paste the output.
