Problem: when a flowcell is sequencing dual 10 indexes, but the sheet only contains dual 8, we cannot downoad a sheet.

I'm going to add padding (d8 -> d10) for cases where the sheet only contains d8, as specified by @emiliaol, getting back to this PR after that.
