Add deepvariant report into housekeeper

Deepvariant creates a summary report which I would like us to save permanently in Housekeeper.

The report contains the relative counts of variants inside a sample. This could, later on, be used for checking the distribution of het- homozygous variants and possible deviations in the base calling of cases.

The file should be tagged with:

• deepvariant-vcf-stats
• sample-id

Not yet, but I'm aware of the issue and we will add it to the next release
