Move and rename handler files

Description

We want to change the structure and naming of the handlers in our store. This PR moves and renames the existing handlers.

Changed

• Rename FindHandler to ReadHandler and find.py to handlers/read.py
• Rename AddHandler to CreateHandler and add.py to handlers/create.py
