Visualise archived files in get bundle command

User story

As a production member I would clearly see which files are archived when i run housekeeper get bundle So that i know the current location of each file.

Acceptance criteria

• [x] Archived files are clearly separated from the others (sorted)
• [x] Archived files which have been retrieved are shown as "on hasta"

Notes

Production suggest a two table being printed one with the files available on hasta and a new one with the columns file_name, id and tags where the archived files are shown

Implementation plan:

• Add a helper function that takes a file as input and returns true if the file exists locally
  • return not file.archive or file.archive.retrieved_at

    In housekeeper.cli.get.files_cmd

• Create two separate result lists
  • One for files that exist locally
  • One for files that only exist remotely
• Use new helper function to populate list
• in the json part dump both lists as to not break functionality
• Call console.print(get_files_table twice (once for each result list)
  • Headers/titles:
    • Local files
    • Remote files

      In housekeeper.cli.tables.get_files_table

• Create parameter header/title which allows the user to pass the title of choice
