Use MongoDB 4.4.9 in docker-compose #15

This PR adds | fixes:

Set the version of MongoDB to 4.4.9 in docker-compose file. FIx #14

How to test:

docker-compose up
Fetch a variant with the command: curl -X GET "http://127.0.0.1:9000/variants/1_880086_T_C" -H "accept: application/json"
docker-compose down

Expected outcome:

[x] The API should return the variant
