NGSbits output compatibility #13

Today given gender is compared to computed gender inside MIP. This functionality can optionally be ported to nf-core/raredisease or moved to cg. We can also try to make MuiltQC able to present this data. Perhaps it already can?

Check that the gender check from ngsbits is compatible with chanjo.

We need to:

[ ] add ngsbits SampleGender to MultiQC. https://github.com/MultiQC/MultiQC/pull/2854
[ ] add latest MultiQC version to the nf-core pipeline
[x] add the SampleGender check into cg. https://github.com/Clinical-Genomics/cg/pull/3752
