All SNVs and INDELs - Search variants #2301

Hi, In the "All SNVs and INDELs" search option, would it be possible in future updates to add the field corresponding to the Inheritance model in the search results and as a search filter (genetic models)? Thanks. Cheers, Sandrina.

Hi! Nice that you use the view! Let us have a look: it is certainly not impossible, but there may be performance issues as that view in general is a little intense on the database. If that is the case, and we would have to add another large index to improve search speed, at least Solna may have to wait until we get new server hardware.

Thank you. I had imagined that this request could not be straightforward. It would be great if it could be possible in future, mainly because of AR_hom. Cheers, Sandrina.
