Add QC flags to Cancer SNV list #2392

Add QC flags either to a separate "QC" column or dedicated area for flags.

I'll have a look at this. It shouldn't be too hard. But where do I find the QC flags? I suppose it's a field in the variant collection, but cannot find it browsing MongoCompass.
