HGNC symbols not present in database's genes collection:{'MAP3K20'} #4712

Analyzing a case with a gene panel that contains the MAP3K20 gene and when I load the gene list I get the message that the gene isn't present in the database's genes collection. Trying to filter for the gene symbol alone (in the Research SNV and INDELs) gives the same results although I can find the gene in scout using the search for genes function? I noticed however that there is no GRCh37 mapping info for MAP3K20 in the scout gene page so I guess the issue is related to this? Update?

Exactly! The case was analysed in which genome build?

GRCh37 and after talking to Michela I've understood that you actually don't update the mapping info for genes when that's missing so I guess you can delete this issue.
