SPANR not responding? #4847

No response from the SPANR (tools.genes.toronto.edu) site - whereas next door neighbour http://cossmo.genes.toronto.edu does answer. I have not found any particular news or notice yet?

Yes, it appears it has retired. https://psi.toronto.edu/spanr/ Screenshot 2024-09-13 at 14 48 45 Let's remove the variant links then. If we or others still have spidex scores for some cases, any info links about it could certainly stay, but no use linking to a dead server.
