Rename ClinVar submission field so it has the same name in two places #4873

The same field is called 2 different this in Scout:

The name should be "Comment on clinical significance", so it reflects the naming on the submission schema

Mmm I've actually changed my mind, I will rename both "Comment on classification", since that is the column name in the header of the exported excel file, and the user is more familiar with that naming.
