When cases are ordered as prio or express, it would be very useful for the analyst to find them loaded as already prioritised, rather than having to rely on a cut-and-pasted ticket reply and someone reading that reply and writing that the case is ready on a chat to ensure it actually gets analysed at priority (or that someone is waiting eagerly enough to remember checking for it after a week).

Add a status field to the case load config. For good measure, add a prioritise option to the case status?
